Awhile back, I repowered with the 4.2L with the dual water inlet. I miss being able to flush with muffs. I know Yamaha says the hose fitting does a good job but it doesn't give me the warm & fuzzy feeling I get from flushing on the muffs. Has anyone figured out how to do it.

The guys that rigged this engine used the Grady recommendation of hole #2 mounting position. You can see on the bulletin above, three lines down from HP is mounting hole position they used for the test.

If it were me, while the boat is being rigged and outfitted, I would request high water alarms in all independent compartments with indicators. My brand of choice would be WEMA.
