If you mean a shore power receptacle, then yes. If a downstream utility receptacle (120v) is wired incorrectly, the power distribution panel won't know that.

I think it would be underpowered. To be honest though, it depends on what you want to get out of the boat. If I were looking at a 232, 150 4 strokes would be the minimum. F200s would be a very nice arrangement.

Some folks like me, store boats on trailers but also put boat stands under the stern and add a keel stand or block the keel. Many folks do that and remove the trailer tires but I suspect that is done to discourage theft.

That would do as long as the accessory panel can handle the extra current draw.
