Some of the oil tanks have small filters that can clog with debris. Try checking that to ensure there was no blockage / restriction from the main tank. The last 2 stroke engine I had they replace the smaill round filter with a sock filter and that solve the clogging issue. Good Luck

On my Sailfish I recently had to replace a joker valve. It is part of Jabsco electric flush. It prevents backflow into the head and was an easy fix. Not sure if this is the duck bill you are referring to ? They are available at West Marine.

Mystery solved, ended up purchasing new Naionics card and the new maps installed immediately. The old card was somehow corrupted or just worn out. Also got a $50 rebate for turning the old card in. Thanks for all the suggestions

Does the Navionics SD card stay in the HDS slot all the time or just for the initial map loading? I am trying to figure out if I have a GPS issue as I don't see a difference in the maps with or without the card in place and Navionics charts selected via the menu.

My 04 Sailfish is rated Max HP of 600 so I would guess Marlin is at least that.

Most units have a wiring harness that plus into the rear of the stereo. Not sure of an amp on your model. My 04 is wired directly to the speakers. I would double check you speaker balance adjustment on the stereo just in case it accidently got shut off. good luck
