Can it just be glued back into place? The load is spread across the width of the panel. I'd probably epoxy it back together and run it.

I just installed new Raymarine stuff in my 265. 12" in the dash panel, and a 9" in the overhead.

There is an aluminum brace that goes across the transom, I believe it also ties into the stringers. Not sure what models if not all of them have it. I know at least the 265 and Marlin have them. See this thread for some decent pictures of it, and some of the repairs they had to do around it...

It's an aluminum trailer. The surge brake coupler seems in good shape, though it's on the list to switch to EOH in the near future. Got the brakes bleed this weekend and took it for a good test drive, all seems to be working well.

Well I fixed it. The upper hinge has a tube the comes down and seems to be more of a stop for the piston when its fully retracted. I cut the tube about a 1/2" shorter, and now they fully retract. The picture of the tube is before I cut it.

I unscrewed the tab from the actuators, then retracted the tabs and they didn't come up any higher. I'm starting to think the previous owner maybe replaced them with the Bennett "short" actuators and not the super short ones that are specific to grady.

I was just referring to the actual tabs, if I can't straighten mine out. But when I spoke to Thomas at Bennett, he did say that you can add an indicator kit to the existing actuators. You need to cut down the shaft(i believe this what he said), or buy new actuators with the shaft already at...
