Anyone know a good guy for soda-blasting

Bill, Look up a place called Cheseapeake Soda Clean. Pretty sure they are based out of Annapolis. I've never used them so I can comment on whether or not they will travel to you. I tried to find the name of the guy who blasted the 252 for me but came up empty. Sorry. Good luck!

    '96 seafarer hatches.

If you happen to find out that hatches from an '86 will fit, I have a pair that are just about perfect I need to get rid of.

    New bimini top suggestions

Not sure if it would work for any of you guys but I have an OEM bimini from a 180 Grady CC in new condition that I'm going to sell. Bought it probably 10 years ago for my 17' Mako project and never used it. Been hanging in my garage ever since.

gw204's 227 part out and garage/basement clean out sale

The rod holders are gone but I still have the storage rod racks. They are in OK shape. The plastic looks dried out on some of the tips and although all the bungee loops are intact, they have some cracking where they slip into the grooves in the racks themselves. I have no clue what these...

    Anyone used one of these?

Check USCG regluations on those clear bowls. I could be wrong but I believe you can't use those in closed compartments.

Removing driveshaft bushing (above the waterpump)

I know I've done that job before...but I can't remember how I got the old bushings out. In looking at your pics though, I think I would just cut it in half using a hack saw blade.

How do my tanks look? Need some advice.

You are this far in...pull the tank. I can guarantee you will find spots of corrosion and then you can determine if they are bad enough to replace the tank or if you can attempt to slow the process and get a few more years out of it.
