There is a reason why the 350s are a 'good' deal. Do your research.
That said, in addition to potential insurance issues and liabilities, there may be issues with the extra strain put on the transom
Go to this site for the catalog of faucets. Then look at their catalog. Search for your faucets.

In summary, your thruster battery is discharged.
If installed correctly your thruster battery should not have anything to s do with motor operations.
Your thruster battery may be charged by one of the motors or perhaps by a charger connected to shore power.
What is wired to what and where the...
If you are getting gas to the LP, you should also be filling the VST tank. After a while the primer bulb should get firm. It can take a lot of squeezes. If it doesn't get firm, there is another issue
I make that mistake often. Perhaps each message should have an 'originally poster on date' of some sort.
Some boards automatically lock threads after a period of inactivity. That could also be an option.
A bad poppet valve van explain overheating at idle or at speed but not if you alarm at both.
A spun impeller could explain everything. uou would have to tpull the lower unit to check that
It could be a bad thermo switch. One thing I might do is use an infrared thermometer to measure some reference temps before it over heats and then quickly after it overheats. Removing the cowling makes measurements easier but just measuring the pee stream temp may help you determine if the...
There are two potential issues. One is that the pump is not pumping out and I have no idea if that is the case here. The second is that the level sensor is not working, I don't know what model the sender is but if it is a float type, it could be stuck. When you say that last Saturday you pumped...
As Skunk said. Is it overheating in the water or on the hose and muffs?
If in the water when does it over heat, at speed and load or at idle. If at idle in the water does the alarm clear if the boat is sped up?
The joystick is the Lewmar control that only works the thruster?
In addition it possible being the head or switch or wiring, It could be the relay that switched the heavy current at the thruster. I don't think the thruster motor is bad, just an electrical issue that needs to be diagnosed
Did you check the oil level? Was it going down?
If you saw oil on the water, but the level didn't drop I would be concerned. If the level did drop I would be concerned but not as much as the first case.
If you have a bad drive shaft oil seal, that could explain things. The fact that the motor...
Where is the banging noise coming from, upper or lower section? Do both motors have the same noise?
Yes, bring it back to whoever did the work and don't run it until you know what is banging. I don't think it is the wave washer.
You are going in the right direction. Get the setup for the main bunks first. That included spacing which you were told, and forward/aft position of the hull to achieve proper tongue weight. Grady can also tell you a decent staring point. You need to know the center of gravity and position it...
I have both. In general I prefer bunks but the ramp I use in NY has a decent slope. On the other boat, the ramp is slopped less and rollers make it easy to winch up the boat snug when hauling.
My advice is to take a look at what other folks are using at the areas you would be launching.

Years back I was unable to find a color match for my 2001 150 motor. I was told that the Yamaha Blue Grey color changed at some point into a different color called Blue Grey:)
