Agree with the others. No ventilation and temps coupled with moisture and you have a petri dish for mold growth. Need to clean and air out enclosed areas from time to time.

OP's coffin box could very well be sealed. I saved this from a similar conversation about the tubes being sealed.

Initial impressions on the new motor. It handles the 228 effortlessly. Very smooth operation with FBW. Barely noticeable going in and out of gear. Pretty substantial jump over the F225 in performance, which it should be.
