It's actually all up and down the coast. I think most members are in Half moon bay and Monterey area more reports from that area then Bodega.

The smaller 3/4" hoses I bought at west marine. The 1 1/2" drain hose for the live well I bought it at ace supply. The rod connection was broke at the handle that's why I just replace that. I was thinking of replacing the valve but I decided against it for now, they don't leak and they function...

I just pulled my live well on my 1999 228 and replaced all the hoses and bilge pump. Also installed a thru hull transducer and a new sea cock valve handle. It's a tight squeeze in there.

So I got it in but I when I hold the the transducer with the arrow pointed at the keel and turn the nut with a large pair of channel locks it seems like it can't get any tighter but when I don't hold the transducer and try and turn the nut the whole thing will turn I think that is normal? Any...

Lifeseal is what I was told to use. Now it's confirmed, I just ordered a tube. On a separate note I was surprised how thin the hull is on my 228. Seems like my last hull I cored out was about 3xs as thick?

I'm installing a Airmar B75H thru hull What sealant are you guys using? I used 4200 on my last boat but now I'm hearing not to use it incase it has to ever be removed? One recommendation was Life seal?

I changed the hoses to the liver well and I'm not positive about the direction of this in regard to water flow direction It's for the fill line
