Its that time of year when sailfish make their way through south Florida. Second photo is reviving a tired fish by taking him along with boat in gear until he is strong enough to kick away.

Upon closer look at the transom cap, it is the same material that Grady uses to protect sharp corners around the cabin of my boat. Nothing new, just a new use for whats been in use for many years. I would guess that it is hpde. Rob

Suggest taking a look at the amp draw of your washdown pump and comparing to typical livewell pumps. Some washdowns have a high draw and would be a heavy drain on your battery. Don't know if yours is, but suggest you check.
