    Boat Trailer Ladder

KyG, your assessment is right on. I did not mention initially, but the "before" picture is with the original winch stand. It has a 24" height. There was no way to raise the winch assembly to have the bow roller above the bow eye. And therefor the winch strap pulled down and not horizontally. So...

    Add hard top to 208

I don't have any direct knowledge about Atlantic Towers but there are pictures of one in a thread in the For Sale/Wanted section now. In looking at it, my concern would be the stability when trailering or running. When I bought my 226 it had an aftermarket hardtop. When I sea trialed it, it...

    Boat Trailer Ladder

I did smooth and round the edges. It is hard to tell in the photo but there are no sharp points to deal with. But I have still managed to bump my head a time or two while working on other things on the trailer. I always can find something to collide with.

    Boat Trailer Ladder

I have been trying to come up with a ladder design for my trailer to make solo launching easier. I came up with using aluminum angle to have a simple but sturdy design. Before After

    2004 Sailfish Vent Window

Legend, for whatever it's worth I had the piece of glass made at a local glass company. I removed the glass from the side that was not broken and used it as the pattern. I'm sure you will find a solution. Good luck.

    2004 Sailfish Vent Window

Legend, I replaced the vent window in my 248 when I got it. I ended up with an extra piece of glass. I have had it for sale in the classified section. In the ad it shows the dimensions of the piece of glass. Take a look and if it will do for your application we can work out a deal.

Here’s a new one for ya...

Russ, you might look into "Hot Shot - No Pest Strips". I use them when I store my boats for winter to keep the bugs out. They work for up to 4 months but check out the instructions to be sure they will work for your application.

Another COVID-19 Boat/Trailer Pick up thread

Looking good there Parthery!! I had a Float On trailer under my 223 and it pulled really well. They have been around for a while and seem to do a really good job. Do you have a lot of projects planned for the 225?

Best way to clean off mildew

I used starbrite mold and mildew stain remover on some cushions that had black mold spots on them. They turned out terrific. All you have to do is spray it on and let it sit for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off. It will not deteriorate the threads.

    Bennett Trim Tab Fluid

Dennis, Thanks for the response. I am just looking for the reservoir location. I did not see it under either one of the aft seats. I did see where Bennett says that any ATF could be used.

I have a 2000 226. Where would the fluid reservoir probably be located? Thanks.
