Has anyone ordered a boat cover for a sailfish from boatcoversdirect or another? Did it fit well? I need it to go over my rocket launchers, radar and antennas and I'd like it over the pulpit. I also have outriggers.

I need to relpace the striping on my 2000 Sailfish. It is blue and gold and maybe 2- 2/12 inches wide. Dealer in Ocean City, MD doesn't have any (or at least they didn't when I checked last Fall). Any idea where I might be able to find some? Need enough to wrap entire boat. Thanks, David

I have a 2000 sailfish with twin 225 EFI's (2 stroke). Plenty of power but one can never have enough. Moving from 225 to 250 may be a weight vs. increase in speed/fuel decision. 225's seem to be enough power for my needs.

Mine is starting to go as well. Black from the bottom up (2000 Sailfish 272). Guess I'll need to replace mine soon!!!! Thanks!

Is this problem only for 2002 a newer 4 stroke or 2 stoke? I have 199/2000 2 stroke 225's and was wondering if I need to check this out.

I have twin Yam 225 EFI's. If I run my boat in below freezing weather and then flush it - do I need to pump anti-freeze into it from flushing hose line or from bottom? Boat is stored high on lift with engines usually down - although I sometimes have the engines up. With engines down or up...

This looks like the same covers you can order off Boatcoversdirect.com. Got a quote of between $700-$800 just now. Need to get the center line measurement to include pulpit. How can I e-mail this person as I'm not a e-bay registered user?

Was going to have the boat shrink wrapped this year but instead I'm wondering if it would be better to go ahead and order a canvas cover? Anyone have any luck with this or know of where I might be able to order one? Located in Ocean City Maryland. Boat is lift kept during winter.

I have the same model I think (272 Sailfish) and my pump is not working. Checked all connections and I am going to be checking the motor when I get a chance to. I may try and lube or have the motor rebuilt. Since the boat it 9 years old, I'm thinking the motor may be gone. Hopefully I can...

Not sure if same in your boat, but there is usually a pop up fuse for these lights at the cockpit area and if you replace that, you should be good to go. I have a 272 sailfish and had to replace mine last week. Easy easy job. D.

Fiberglass guy (Jim's Marine) is coming by this week to fix. Took a look at it and it seems that either the 2 bolts on top were tightened too much or water got in through one of them and caused the wood to swell. Doesn't look bad now but probably better ($$$ wise) not to wait to fix.
