    Yamaha 350’s on 2014 Express 330

X2 for grounding. I have seen 12v before at a bad contact, but the contact couldn't handle the current draw.

    Window trim seal - update

Looks great crabby. I didn't know if your Marlin had the same channel as the Voyager. If I had to do it again, I would have bought the stuff from zoro also. Please let us know if it doesn't hold up. I dont know if there is a lot of variation in uv performance with this type of material.

    Window trim seal - update

Finally got the tube. The new stuff measures about 11/16" od, so I think the 3/4" we found from another site would have been just fine. Surprisingly after 20 years, the original tube didn't fall apart or deteriorated, but shrunk significantly.

    Hose stretcher needed,,,,,,,

I couldn't tell that you had a rubber strip there. If that is the case, you won't have any worries.

    Hose stretcher needed,,,,,,,

I'm not trying to spook you with my comment. Personally, I would splice it with a known safe material, double clamp it, and never give it a second thought. What I would tell you to change with 100% certainty is the 2x shown at the bottom of your photo. If that is treated, the chemical reaction...

    Hose stretcher needed,,,,,,,

I would contact the manufacturer of that part and make 100% sure it is fuel compatible.

    Do you use Ethanol free?

Have always used e10 treated with startron. Zero issues in 9 years on this boat and none on prior boat. We fill our tank within 10-15 gallons of full in the fall and run 3/4 of it out in the spring to "turn it over." Boat is dry stacked, but we throw it on the trailer to fill up, or bring out...

    Window trim seal - update

Will do. I'll measure OD of the new stuff and take before and after photos. I'm not sure how long it will take to ship from Florida, but it might be a week or 2 before you see the results.

    Window trim seal - update

I ended up ordering from Marine Glass Specialties. Less than $50 shipped for what I needed. Pricey for what it is, but it saves me time and I know it will work for a long time.

I saw that site but didn't see a profile I was confident in.

    Window trim seal - update

All great points Dennis. I'm sure there are several solutions that could work, but it would be nice to do it once, be done, and not have to try something else a year later because of UV damage. I'm sure if I try a material made for windows it will hold up. I just want to make sure it looks...

    Window trim seal - update

Dennis, I found that one, but didn't know if 3/4" would be too big. I had wondered if it could have started at 3/4" and shrank.? Zoro had a few items, but I couldn't find 5/8". I emailed Taylormade as a last resort. I'm sure they dont really care to sell foam rubber pieces even with a massive...

    Window trim seal - update

I'm blown away that even with the power of google, I can't find this stuff! 5/8" diameter tube (epdm is my guess) with a 1/8" wall; can't find it or a metric equivalent. I have found 16mm solid epdm and hollow "d" shaped. Not sure if it will fit the track correctly. No one on here has sourced...

What am I not seeing - max towing?

Do a google search for the year of your truck and f150. A pdf should come up with max tow capacities depending on cab, axle, engine and drive type. You should be ok with towing capacity. Rather than look at the 7000 lbs, look at the other sticker that lists payload. Your tongue weight...

    258 Journey f300 idle speed

Seasick, I would have expected slip to be worse at low speeds. Good to know. I'll have to check what my numbers come out to be with what I have now for comparison. Dennis, we use 2 bags with our ox66. It's a bit of a PIA because the engine doesn't like low rpms for long periods of time and it...
