Years ago I had asked GW customer service and they told me around 300. That just seems crazy high. Did they sandwiched a 1/4" steel plate in there?! I've been kicking around the idea of making a pivoting hardtop, but if it weighs 300 lbs, forget it.

You should be able to see the trim tab ram from that photo if it has the full running surface. I don't think that started till 01, or 02.

Green board was used on transoms in 97. 98 and up had transoms and stringers with all green board. I'm not sure if all other wood was replaced by green board in 98.

All of those are the usual suspects. I'm in the process of changing my LP pumps for the 3rd time in 8 years. Complete BS that they don't last longer. I'd check the filter and change pumps (if leaking) before changing the o2. Inspect the o2 port and clean the o2 before replacing. If you need to...
