    Fisherman 180 Height on Trailer

Now... think like a real boater... you're next boat might be bigger so get a bigger door now rather than later :)

    Outboard motor fllush bag

Hmmm. I'm betting there's something else going on - maybe the impeller is weak... maybe the housing is scored... maybe there's an issue with the muffs? My mother has a 150 and it works just fine. I guess if you think about it, there really shouldn't be any difference in the impeller (for the...

    Fisherman 180 Height on Trailer

You're only going to add about 2' (give or take) for the increase in height on a trailer. Bridge clearance typically refers to the highest part of the boat that can't easily be lowered (like a bimini). So I'm guessing your specs say "about" 5' of bridge clearance? That sounds about right...

    fuel shut off valve

Unless Michigan law has a certain place it should be (or not be), I would put it where ever it makes the most sense for you - both in terms of using it and in regards to installing it.

    Fisherman 180 Height on Trailer

Bimini's can always be put down. For pictures, it always looks better up. What did you find out for the specs on GW's site? Or did you ask your dealer for the measurement of your particular setup?

    fuel shut off valve

At nearly 3 decades old, the answer could be yes or no. Most likely, "no". However you likely have an anti-siphon valve on the tank - but that's for emergencies and works automatically. If the fuel line has any dip in it, it should not be eliminated. Just follow the fuel line to see if you...

    Outboard motor fllush bag

Hmmm. You're right, that is interesting. In stark contrast to your experience, my OX66 (250HP - but I think it's the same engine) has never had an issue on a muff - and that's at my home, business and at the cottage in Maine. I know I have pretty good water flow (GPM) at each of those places...

    Outboard motor fllush bag

I don't have a bag, but I do like them. But... why doesn't the flushing muff work on your engine? There should be nothing special about your engine where the muffs wouldn't work.

    Fisherman 180 Height on Trailer

The specs for the boat (on GW's site if you don't yet have the manual) will provide some info. Sometimes they give total height of the boat... sometimes you add something like "draft" and "bridge clearance". But you generally won't find height on a trailer because it depends on what trailer is...

Seacock extension handle / remote operation arm length

I've used a pipe plenty of times for an old seacock that didn't get much exercise. I never thought of the notch part - to help get the full 90* and then to lift the handle again!

    Sonar interference

You should look at where it's installed in relation to other structures. Is it a shoot-thru the hull, through-hull or transom mount? Is it dirty/fouled?

With no leaks, I highly doubt it's your actuators. Use the trouble shooting help on their website or give them a call - they're super helfpul.

    Sailfish trim tabs

First check the fluid. Granted, it shouldn't leak out, though. Check for leaks on the inside of the transom, hydraulic piston on the outside and at the pump. They can be rebuilt - contact Bennett with a picture of your actuators.

    Sealing Deck Hatches

You can buy plastic razor blades (they're usually orange) that will fit a standard knife or scraper tool. Or just use it by hand. Small pieces still left can be rubbed off by hand or do something like others mentioned. Tape or no tape? Depends. If you're pretty good at using a gun you won't...

Groco pump -simple macerator retrofit- 265 Express

Well, you actually answered your own question :) Like I said, though, in reality it should be fine. It just may not be technically approved. You should, however, double clamp things... and ideally rotate 180*.

Patching a hole in console top, proper procedure?

I mentioned the same thing above, but just wanted to reiterate it... and also to say that I resemble the last comment and agree! :)
