X2 what Dennis said. I did the same and they were cheap plus improved version on my original parts.

Run around swim platform flange, secure with cable holders, then use D-shell to run through transom just under platform, as high as it will go. Fill with 4200. In the last pic, you can see the D-Shell location. Sorry, didn't have a better pic of this detail.
