    Fuel Tank Issue

to clarify... Do you have two motors? Two 3 way valves so you can run both motors off the same tank or off separate tanks, depending on valve position.

    Fuel Tank Issue

It has worked before? or is boat new to you? Did you just change something? Valves? A gas cap? So you have two valves. So you have two hoses from the Main Tank. Thru two fittings. Two pickup tubes. Head scratcher...hard to imagine both valves, hoses or pickup tubes being blocked. You can...

One year later and things do not seem right

Next ride, get on plane at 30mph with engines trimmed out to even with the first bar up on the gauge. Maybe one bump up from that... With someone driving and looking where they are going, go back and get a picture of the motors and the water flow. Maybe it will be obvious you need to raise...

    Radar observation

Generally, planing boats should tilt the radar 4deg forward. Never trust your radar to see kayaks and 17 ft whalers.

One year later and things do not seem right

As for tilting out of water. Suzuki has a Tilt cutout adjustment ring on the tilt tube. Also, the mounting of your steering cylinders over or under the tiller arm can effect how far you can tilt.

One year later and things do not seem right

I have an old school transom and I have no experience with brackets or "integrated brackets" or "euro-transoms" Some Marlin owners maybe have a better perspective What I see... maybe I'm wrong... Your motors are as low as they can possibly be The running bottom of your hull angles up toward...

    Fiberglass Repair to Hardtop

I would not have been able to do it without a garage to keep it in between working on it and when drying paint. The paint took forever to dry, even with heaters inside the garage. I would imagine a forklift would have helped if it was tall enough.. The 265 top is larger and heavier than the...

    NJ fishing reports

We got out Sunday for seabass. Stopped at Klondike on way to shark river reef. Some seabass but a lot of small fish. Got to SR reef anchored on top of first hill we found without a boat on it already. Caught quality fish in spurts. 5 man limit before 2pm. Home in the fog. Glad I have a good...

    My next project!!

KY might have a 10 pin DPDT which provides separate illumination for Up and down positions. That will throw some confusion into the mix. There are jumpers for Illumination also. NewWire has a diagram https://newwiremarine.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/DPDT-switch-powering-two-loads.pdf I have...

    My next project!!

Same thing. Your just using different pins to do the same thing. and there is no reverse polarity involved in any case. It just puts +12V on the output pins. And no need for a diode with a DPDT switch with jumpers That diagram does pin 3 Nav & Anchor, pin 1 Anchor only. So just make it...

    My next project!!

Sea Star Steering Seals for Yamaha 350 - Part Number?

doesn't matter your boat or motors. You need the model of the Sea Star cylinders. A number Like HC5345 or HC6345(Pro) or HC6845(Tournament). Then find seals that match. Often people buy New end caps with seals already in them. You need a tool . Often the tool damages the end caps, hence...

    2006 Marlin - Dash Accessory Switch (?)

Do you have Fresh Water? Is there a switch for it? Generic Grady chart uses orange/blue for Water Pressure Pump (FW). Orange with stripe usually means a pump motor or wiper motor. That looks like original wiring. they didn't deviate from their plan. They make the harnesses all the same...
