Agree with seasick. I trailer my boat, but since I spend most time offshore, I went ahead and added a second bilge pump with high water alarm for piece of mind.

My 1999 208 has a poly tank.

Raw water intake on my 208 is on the port side near the transom, bottom of the hull.

Mike - I agree on the slide, but that was the first step I took when I could not back down all the way. It worked, need to be carefull. Next step, get me those few extra inches. I usually do liquid rollers once a year. I usually go with my son, so he helps and our ramp set up is pretty good.

My next one will be the Standard Horizon GX2400. Currently have an older model SH.

It may be overkill, but I also run fresh water thru my raw water wash down using the plunger. I try each trip, but every couple at least. I also fill up my bilge with fresh water and run it thru my pumps.

Nice work! I'm up in Carlsbad. I use a kodiak tank that runs off the washdown hose. Your setup is way cleaner and neater. Hopefully, we get some weather and we get to some of those fish!
