Check the voltages with a multi meter, could be the starter giving up.

Yes, I replaced the fuel fill and vent lines. I attached the new one to the end of the old with duct tape and pulled it through. The old hoses are very stiff and make it difficult, but there is an access hole that helps by allowing you to feed it through by putting your hand down there and pushing.

Mine is in the same condition, have not found a similar replacement yet.

I'm thinking 700.00 to 1200.00 depending on how much work the trailer needs. With no trailer than the 500.00 to 800.00 figure is fair. Just my opinion.
