That is not a fuse - it's a circuit breaker. That switch on the accessory panel controls the general fresh water pump. Anyway - you need to work on the pump to get water pumping.

That seems odd to me. I can't use Active Captain without a SD card in the unit. You can do a software update without Active Captain by using Garmin Express application on a PC. But map updates require Active Captain. Not sure what where/what kind of fishing you do but the shaded relief charts...

Grady White has Owners Manuals on their website. They are not great for that year but has generic info that is useful for wiring. You could call customer service as well. They may have more documentation. Switch panels are typically switched on/off with battery switch - not ignition switch.
