Agreed. From what I can see, your stringers are toast. You may want to consider having the boat structurally evaluated by a surveyor. They should be able to tell you the extent of work needed to restore the hull integrity. Then you can make an educated decision on what path forward is best...

I've got 50+ feet of OEM rubrail off of the 227 I threw away. It was a mid-Atlantic boat so the fading should be less than what you have on our boat. It's your's if you cover shipping.

You need to get clarification on exactly what is meant by the "XL plywood is covered by a limited lifetime warranty" statement that's in the brochure. I believe that warranty is solely against rot and covers only the cost of the wood replacement. If so, they legally aren't on the hook for...

Pretty sure the ones for the front and rear bilge pumps are 3/4" and the fishbox and helm drains are 1". I have all new Attwood SS ones I pulled from my 227 if you think you might be interested.

Check the stringers too. I bet you have more work ahead of you than you think...
