Looking for a countersunk and bent washer

I think it's called a saddle washer? Maybe Mcmaster Carr?

Drain stoppers for fish box & ice chest

Mcmaster Carr online? That place is like a candy store for stuff like this :) Also... Google "baitwell plug". The kind I'm thinking of has a flip down handle to enlarge the rubber and secure the rubber. Would that work? Lot's of marine stores carry that.

    Seadek Template for a 2019 271 Canyon

You can check their website - but be forwarded that most, if not all, of those templates are submitted by owners. Meaning, DON'T trust it. Order their kit that comes with clear plastic with the layout printed on it. Compare to your floor - make changes if needed - send it back. Get the...

GoPro live underwater 1080p feed to Garmin 8612 chartplotter

It's kinda funny... when you first said you were going to mount it on the anti-ventilation plate... I thought "nah, you're just going to see the transom since the plate isn't low enough". Then I saw your picture with it mounted facing aft and thought "well, that doesn't help if it's facing...

    GW rounded keel

I'm still going with... "it's close enough as makes no difference"

Rocker switches for 1995 Tournament 223

Rocker switches are a dime a dozen and easy to find ust about anywhere. If you have a half-way decent marine store near you they can help. If not, plenty of sources online. New Wire, as mentioned above, is a solid recommendation.

    Darnit... did it again!

    GW rounded keel

Holy crap I used a lot of smilies in that post!

    GW rounded keel

All good info to think about and ponder. I wonder -- ponder ;) -- there are other boat companies that have excellent R&D and engineering departments... and said companies do NOT use a rounded keel. Coudl the difference, in reality, between a rounded/not rounded keel be so insignificant as to...

08 330 Express, wiring running through the front hardtop pipes?

I can't say for 100%, but... I'd find it hard to believe that wires are running in that spot since it doesn't appear there would be an accessory directly below it where it would make sense for wires to come up that way to the hardtop. BUT, if you can gain access (visually see... or a cheap...

    2001 Grady white Transom Problem

Yes, wood. But the area you sounded for moisture is, of course, going to have a high reading. Especially if it's rained lately. You're sounding an area that is currently an "open pore", or sponge, for water. But that does, in no way, mean that the area is bad/rotten. There's a lot more that...

83 seaferor complete rebuild and upgrades

I did a similar thing (used Plasdeck - looks/feels more like teak) when I installed a windlass on my Sea Ray's front deck. No need to make the underside look pretty! Truthfully... even though I was painting my Grady's floor, I re-used the top skin simply to keep costs down :)

Battery Drain whilst isolators are off

-- Do an amp draw test to see if you ACTUALLY have excessive current draw -- If you find excessive draw, simply pull one fuse/breaker at a time while monitoring your DMM -- Check the fluid level and fully charge the battery... then load test it. The problem could just as easily be a bad battery...

83 seaferor complete rebuild and upgrades

Interesting - so your actual fiberglass "floor" is all new glass? I cheated when I did my cockpit - I reused the glass that I cut off. I cut the glass floor into a few sections and then used a single layer of lightweight mat in between the marine ply and the "skins" that I cut off.

    Suzuki 200 vs 225

Oh, and to add a little more info that you can research... HP is not "actually" measurable. Torque, however, is. HP is calculated based on torque and RPM. So one engine may have more low end torque than another, yet they could still have the same HP. Do a little googling on that for more...

    Suzuki 200 vs 225

Well, yes and no. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not aware of a standardized or, better yet, a reliable test that is standardized between companies. However, you've got the 2-stroke vs 4-stroke thing and, by nature, 2-strokes rev up faster. Is one engine a V6 and the other a...

Replacing Control Switch Panel and Switches

Switches and fuses (breakers in your case - you can see them right there) are two totally different things. The same switch can be used in conjunction with different sized fuses/breakers. As noted above, an easy and reliable route is to have New Wire build it for you. They'll want to know...

    Replace head door latch?

Yup - pretty straight forward. You might find when you take it off that you can clean/lube it better than just from the outside.

    Trim tabs

OK, that helps - thanks. Trim tabs will NEVER hurt - how much you need them will depend on your actual use. The GW will be much less sensitive to where a certain person sits. MUCH less. There's other advantages to tabs, but I would think at this point you've already reserached that -- so no...
