    Missing cup holder drain tubing

Get a short hose that fits the SS's barb, then get a simple barb-to-barb adapter to get back to the original hose size.

    Strengthening/reinforcing hatches

Yes, if it's flexing more than it should then the top and bottom "skins" have lost adhesion with the core. It's this adhesion that gives a structure like this it's strength - not so much that actual core, itself. Case in point... I rebuilt a large hatch with foamboard insulation from HD and it...

    Strengthening/reinforcing hatches

Although marine ply is certainly the best choice in terms of wood, you can just get a small sheet (2x4) of regular plywood if that's all you need. Saturate it a few times in epoxy till it no longer soaks in then do the job. That will work out just fine and be less expensive. If it fails a...

    Strengthening/reinforcing hatches

A piece of 1/2" coring (any material will be fine) will be the easiest. It doesn't even have to go the edge. An inch, even 2" back from the edge/perimeter will be PLENTY. What I mean is that the coring can be 2" smaller (in all directions) than the size of the underside of the hatch.

    Zinc anode

Bob, it doesn't matter if the "wire" has a casing on it, or not. All that matters is that the ends are making a clean contact. Actually, if you put tape over it, you'd probably cause the wire to rust/corrode prematurely since it would trap moisture.

    Missing cup holder drain tubing

I would be very surprised if they drained overboard. That's more work than is needed. Meaning, there's no reason for it - if the cupholders get rained on... so does the cockpit. All that matters is getting the water out of the cupholder so it doesn't fill up and have customers complain about...

    Mooring lines rubbing on anchor

You could try shortening the mooring ball pendant - meaning, tie it off the cleat shorter. Enough that the angle of the pendant gets below the anchor on a tight pull.

water proof covers VS shrink wrap

    Agree 100% (see post #2) :)

    Ski Pylon

I can appreciate the larger diameter reasoning. But a TW should never be used to loosen a fastener. A better alternative (short of a breaker bar) would be a pipe extension over the handle of a 1/2" socket wrench.

water proof covers VS shrink wrap

Tightness is the key. Anything loose will flap and wear/tear. Especially in high wind areas like you're referencing.

water proof covers VS shrink wrap

Fixit, you can marks on the cover where the radar is and then have a local upholsterer sew in a pocket. Automated... when you get to larger covers, they are usually made in 2 or more pieces that zipper together. Especially if it's the style that covers down to the chine. Custom Winter covers...

    Ski Pylon

This statement appears to (pretty plainly, actually) say that a torque wrench has more "twisting" power than a breaker bar. This is not true. Aside from the torque wrench being the wrong tool for the job (as noted above a few times), twisting power (or torque) comes entirely from the length of...

water proof covers VS shrink wrap

Handling snow is more about the structure/tenting that you create than the actual material. FYI... I've reused shrink wrap up to three years.

    Cleaning door

A mixture of bleach and water will do it. Lightly mist it on so it doesn't just run off... or saturate a white rag and lay it on... or just take the door off and lay it flat.

    Trailer for ‘01 282 Sailfish

It may very well be long enough - but the boat size, itself, is not the indicator of what will fit/not fit on it. Bow eye to transom is the key. Grady's have bow keel that closer to straight down - this means it's be to t length is longer, in comparison, to the boat length. Either way, if the...

    Arm rests

Oh, this is a "topside" paint? I thought you were referring to a vinyl paint (like SEM). Truthfully, I always assumed a topside paint would eventually flake off... but I've never tried it, either!

    Removing Thru Hulls for resealing

Interesting. I never really thought to do that, before. I guess it doesn't take off as much material as I would have thought. Definitley - better thread engagement is important.

    Removing Thru Hulls for resealing

You could have used a flanged adapter by Groco. It's straight thread on the inside (bottom) and NPT on the outside (top). Plus, because of the flange, it's a much more secure way to install seacocks/etc. The ideal way, and I don't know why Grady doesn't do this, is to first glass a block onto...

    Trailer for ‘01 282 Sailfish

What's your "wet" weight for the boat/motors/batteries/gas/water/gear/etc? Is the 9K lbs the carrying capacity or the GVWR? Is the 9K trailer long enough?

    1997 Voyager trim tab planes

That's an odd one that I haven't heard of before. Maybe a pic would better show what's going on - before going down the replacement road. Meaning, maybe it's not as bad as you think. It would also help us in regards to what Seasick said about just fixing them. Yes, the tabs are generally...
