Adding raw water washdown to a 180....

Not a huge job if you already have the livewell option. You can tap into the thru-hull and use a Y-valve, as the previous poster mentioned. Get as big a pump as your wallet will allow you...the extra pressure makes a difference.

    204 Overniter repower

The 3.3L F200 and F225s are still available...at least according to Yamaha's website....as is the Z200 (HPDI). Whether you could get an HPDI in California is another story, altogether.

Tabs will make a difference....they will enable you to balance the side to side ride of the boat, get the bow down in the chop, and smooth out the ride overall. My 225 does not have them, but I'm planning to add them this off season....

    Moderator- can't post pictures

It may be easier to use Photobucket or Flickr....you upload the picture...select "share" and then copy and paste the code into your posting. Use the "medium" (800x640) size and they will post in perfectly.

    Dash and gauge replacement

If you want the panels to come ready for installation (with switches and wiring already installed), check with MMES marine up in MA. Their website is http://www.wewireboats.com. If you want to wire it up yourself, Fin-Addict Marine can make the panels out of 1/4" starboard, and cut the holes...

    Electrical problem at key switches?

Battery #2 is bad. Depending on the age of them, the other one may not be too far behind. You may want to replace them both and start fresh, particularly if they are more than a couple of years old.

    Wiper blade solution

NAPA didn't have the Anco 52-16 this time around, but they have a SS model in their brand, with a coat of gray paint over the frame. 8.99 + tax. Works perfectly.

Bad Day On Water Now Need Advice

Water in the fuel...water in the oil, or garbage sucked through the engine due to ethanol will all cause them to blow up. I've been reading on THT and a number of folks with OX66 motors have had them blow up this year...I don't know if 15% Ethanol is finding it's way into the fuel supply, or if...

    Suggested Pricing ?

An 02 180 with a 150 HPDI sold recently for $17K.it was a Florida boat with no trailer ( lift kept). The 130, while plenty of motor, may dissuade some. Same goes for folks who only want a four stroke. I would guess, depending on condition, you would be in the same range.

    Live well pump

I'd check with the dealer and see if it's still under warranty. You are probably going to have to pull the livewell to get to it. Not an easy job.

    help-tilt n trim,dosn't always go up

Pop the cover off and swap the two relays...if the motor goes up fine but gets cranky about going down, it's the relay. More than likely,if the problem occurs at both the binnacle and the motor mounted switch, this is where the issue is.

180 Sportsman console rod holder install

From memory, if you remove the 10 gallon water tank (or at least loosen it), you may be able to get between the side of the console and the live well. If not, a short self tapping screw will do the trick.

Bad Day On Water Now Need Advice

An HPDI will bolt right up and use the existing rigging. I'd swap the tach for a new one with built in hour meter, and to be safe I'd swap the oil tank, but you can probably use the same prop. Unless of course, this is an excuse to satisfy your 2 foot itis itch...

Bad Day On Water Now Need Advice

A new OX66 power head is about $8K. For not too much more, you can hang a brand new 200 HPDI on the back. I'd be wary of a 4stroke due to the extra weight. Can the power head be rebuilt?
