My '01 had a tank selector switch which controlled the fuel gauge. You will find a t-valve in the bilge which controls the flow to the engine. Another way to tell is to look and see how many fuel fillers you have. Two caps = 2 tanks. Good luck with the new rig....

Depending on how much room you have between the front of the cowling and the motor well, you may be able to adjust the tilt stop so it tilts up a little bit further.

Is the motor trimmed all the way in? Sounds like what you are feeling is actually steering torque. Try trimming the motor up a little bit and see if the resistance disappears.

I mounted them on the outside of the walkaround on my 208....it is an easy install too. If you remove the switch panel, you will have easy access to put the nuts on the back of the screws, and run the wires.
