Did the copper lines actually get damaged, and if so how, or did they just start leaking? Age of boat. My 2000 has copper lines.

Your holding tank should have a five eights, or three-quarter inch vent hose. Where does it exit the hull, and how far above the waterline?

Did you do a pump out, as stated in the original post, or did you do an over board discharge?

Filter should be between the tank and the pump, usually connected to the pump. Are you sure that pump on the transom is not a raw water pump?

I believe your live well is under the hatch behind the passenger helm seat. It gets water from a through hull under the stern, and discharges through one of the 3 through hulls on the port side, right underneath it. There is a pump somewhere between the stern through hull and the live well...
